Shipping
Shipping is FREE within Canada for orders above $100.
For orders below $100, we charge a $15 flat shipping fee.
Returns
We want you and your cat to love your piece. Because cats often take time to warm up to new objects, we offer 30-day returns so they have a chance to settle in.
To be eligible for return, items must be in clean, like-new condition and free of pet hair, odors, or damage, as many pets are sensitive to unfamiliar scents.
For safe transit, returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.
Due to the size and nature of our pieces, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. *
Returns requested after the 30-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty
A one-year warranty covers all Studio No. 9 products against functional defects. If you experience any issues within one year of delivery, please get in touch with us—we’re happy to help! Proof of defect(s) in the form of photos/videos may be required.
Please note this warranty does not cover standard wear and tear. Method of resolution is at Studio No. 9’s discretion and may not necessarily result in a full replacement.
International Shipping & Returns
For orders outside Canada, shipping is calculated at checkout. If you do not see this feature, contact us for assistance.
International buyers are responsible for import taxes, duties, and full costs for shipping and returns. Studio No. 9 is not liable for tariffs, import duties, or any other related charges.
