Our Story
Studio No. 9 began with a frustration.
As designers and architects based in Vancouver, and devoted cat lovers, we struggled to find cat furniture that felt at home in our own spaces. Most options were either functional or beautiful, rarely both.
So we started looking deeper. Across hundreds of independent studios and makers, we discovered a different world of pet design: one rooted in craftsmanship, materiality, and intention.
We created Studio No. 9 to share these findings with others who care just as much about their space as they do about their pets.
